If he is faster than Minato (he isn't) then Kishi is really developing and thinking up things as he draws the manga.

Itachi has 3 tomoe dude, he can react to kirin which is instant :| lightning itself is already instant, you do the math.

I don't even like Itachi, but the fact is there, Juubito isn't near instant, he can't react to Minato's FTG, he can't even react to Tobirama's <- XD

How is Minato the fastest? You mean reflex, right? Him being able to warp to a FTG with Raikage in his face isn't speed, that's just thinking. If his kunai is already there, he can just think to warp to it and bam. As long as he thinks to warp before he gets it, then it happens. No speed involved.

Minato and Tobirama are in their own league for that category, I think Tobirama is either slightly below, on par, or maybe even slightly above Minato's reflexes. Minato has some sick reaction feats though so I think Minato's reflexes are above Tobirama's.

OT: I think yes to both, especially if he has FTG around somewhere.

We've never seen how fast he is without ftg, but he definitely has the greatest reaction. Either way he's the fastest as he travels from his origin to his opponent faster than them with his FTG and he's the quickest with reflexes as portrayed. Maybe he's comparable to V1 ay in foot speed or something, since Tobirama and hiruzen both hyped up his speed being far greater than theirs in the war arc.

You do know Minato didn't use FTG XD that was his regular foot speed.
If his regular foot speed makes the enemy say his nickname then you know he's flucking fast.

Naruto foot speed doesn't compare with Minato's even with the fox power. Minato used shushin to jump in front of Naruto and sasuke and they didn't even notice until they hit him.

But tobirama did it on purpose because he is edo tensei. Even sasuke knows that. That's Tobirama was able to tag jubito who's faster then raikage. Jubito is faster then naruto who is said to on minato's speed (minus FTG). Reaction time is not = speed.
