Can Tobi be Shusui?

This just a unmasking Tobi thread nothing more. It is simply a THEORY and not all theories are correct.

It doesnt make much sense considering we were told that Shisui drowned but could that have all been plot? We have recieved no actual proof that he drowned maybe Itachi thought he killed him and someone else like Danzo took his eye (Itachi took other one) and transplanted some sharingans from the massacre into Shisui hence we never see Tobi's Mangekyo. Also note their hair styles are very similar.

Also Tobi has extreme skills whose not to say Shisui had extreme skills?

Anyways I think maybe Shisui is Tobi or something like that.

can't be shisuis not that much older then itachi and itachi was like 7 during the kyubbi attack and tobi was already fighting minato so unless a like 12 year old shisui can control the kyubbi and fight minato i doubt it plus when konan broke his mask he seemed aged like around danzo and hiruzens age
