Alright, so Humongosaur can increase his size to about 60 feet. This also increases his strength and creates minor physical changes. Kurama towers over many of the buildings in Konoha. Let's assume that a standard building there is about 4 stories, each story between 10 - 12 feet. With that, we can say Kurama towers over anything at least 40 - 48 feet. Considering the size of Kurama is about 5 of those buildings, Kurama can be guessed at around 200 feet. So size wise, Kurama takes it. Also, Kurama has the TBB, he can replenish his chakra fairly quickly for repeated use in a fight, and anime showed him breathing fire. I think Kurama has more to offer

Strength

Now Kurama's Tailed Beast Ball is a common power it uses, so it's logical to say it's not a last resort type attack, and does fairly show his strength. Gyuuki was able to decimate an entire mountain in his fight against Sasuke, and we do know that just half of Kurama can take on the combined efforts of the 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 Tails. So, Kurama can at least incinerate a mountain. Humongosaur's best feat was at most fighting toe-to-toe against one of the Highbreed. A Highbreed alone can't do much but punch a wall, let alone destroy a mountain. Winner - Kurama

Intelligence

It's Ben... I mean, he has his moments, especially in fights, but come on. Ben's actually smart when he needs to be, but Kurama has shown to be a masterful tactician, shown when he lead Naruto, Bee, Guy, and Kakashi. This round is pretty even.

Speed

Humongosaur is no XLR8. His running looks pretty slow and only gets far because of his size, so his strides are longer. In the Tailed Beast fight, Kurama ran an all fours and absolutely showed a much faster response. I have no quantitative evidence, but I think we can all agree that Kurama is faster
