well i would think it could weaken the perfect susanoo but destroying it would be a different story, at the speed an uchiha can move who ever controlling the susanoo (weather it be madara, kakashi, sasuke, or even indra) could dodge most of them but if some connected it would in fact do damage, but destroy it... i think not. (but if all connect it probably would destroy it)

Hard to gauge it's actual power. The actual reason it worked on Kaguya so well is because being Bijuu RS, their respective Bijuu responded to the chakra and were drawn out.

A hollowed out PS was destroyed, but protected Sasuke from the combined effects of Indra's Arrow and two Chou Odama Rasenshurikens.

People need to consider it was not a mere chakra balls projectiles like Twin full nature chakra FRS. It was all balls with defferent KKG/elements.

Kaguya could survived but not without after effect from all the elements inside the balls bcus she could neutralize the elements chakra but not all of it.

Remember it got sealing chakra from Magnet release rasengan, Lava rasengan that can cut Shinju plus 7 others. Kaguya with her capability managed to neutralize the sealing effect of Magnet release FRS tho that I think will bind PS from reacting.

Looks at the size of all explosion inside the scan. Larger than PS body. It show planet curve on the back ground. That mean Kaguya was like a tiny fly inside the explosion.
