There are only 2 Uchihas alive. It's not like the average shinobi can go out there and awaken a sharingan and then evolve it into a MS.

At the time when there was actually an Uchiha clan I could see this as being top secret info.with the world currently at peace and only 2 Uchiha alive, not to mention the most of the Shinobi world has now faced Sharingan/MS/EMS/and Rinnegan. Much of this is now common knowledge. Though probably should omit the process of obtaining said evolution but really again (barring the Shin clones) there are only 2 Uchiha left.

No one is getting Sasuke's eyes without his consent and I would assume anyone who tries to take Sarada's will have to face her father her mother and Godfather Naruto.
