Can Naruto + 4 Past Hokages + Madara defeat someone with all the Akatsuki members' powers?

(Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Susano'o + Rinnegan + 5 Elements Mastery + Earth Grudge Fear + Immortality + Paper Ninjutsu + Explosive Clay Bombs + Puppet Mastery, 100 Puppets + Samehada + Kamui + Wood Release + Mayfly)

So...can they defeat someone with all those powers?
