Can these guys handle both rinnegans?

So, it's been revealed that Obito can't handle both rinnegans (that's ok though, kamui is OP too), but who can handle both rinnegans? Do these guys have what it takes? If both rinnegans were implanted into their eye sockets, would they be able to handle both like Nagato was?

Karin is an Uzumaki like Nagato, so I wanted to see if NB thinks she can handle it too. Same reason for Tsunade, she's part Uzumaki. As for Jiraiya, he's just badass, I think he could handle it because of how much spirit he has, he still was breathing after having an arm ripped off and being pierced by a good number of Nagato's chakra receivers.
