On a serious note, if you are talking about ANYONE who used to be part of that village, dead or alive, then I don't think the akatsuki stand a chance except maybe the sand. Sand only had a few strong people in my opinion.
despite the honest deidara fanboyness, yes. yes he could. c4 kills anyone without sharingan (possibly byakugan or rinnegan, as they also se chakra) or knowledge of what c4 does. c0 kills anyone with or without knowledge, but like all last resorts, its a last resort.
the whole thing is based on several factors, do they have knowledge, and how many are there (strongest could be top 5, top 10, top 100?) and do dead charachters count. (3rd raikage), what do the akatsuki want to do, does juubito count, does
with no knowledge, iron sand instakills anyone it hits, and anyone it doesnt only notices when they explode by missiles and homing spiders of face-splosion. both pain and deidara have shown the ability to turn entire battlefields into large smoking craters, which are then set fire to by kakuzu.
oh, and then tobi uses his absurd and ignored speed to ninja save the rest of the akatsuki from every single attack, and throw the enemys into the way. (he saved sasuke from a point blank explosions, without being seen by anyone. overkill fast much?)
it also depends on the midset of the akatsuki. if they want to destroy them, then the enemys will last the 2 seconds it takes for itachi to get on one of deidaras birds and burn the entire battlefield with ametarasu.
akatsuki mid-low diff, if we dont count dead people who havent been seen.
