Can the Truth Seeking Balls power be lose?

I was just asking cause in the Boruto movie Naruto didn't use it and i noticed that in his fight along sasuke, Madara only had one of those balls and never created more. In Naruto's fight against sasuke he only had 3 of those balls and lost them so i suppose that power is gone right? Can't they simply create more?

Naruto never lost his RSM powers and sometimes TSB can be destroyed especially if you lose control over them. Naruto could chose to activate them but he doesn't need it.
