The tricky bit is the piercing but totsuka is a variation of the kusanagi so it'd probably do the trick.

No. Juubi jins are only afected by senjutsu or taijutsu, anyting else is cancelled

I don't think it can, sealing still falls in ninjutsu which TSB can negate plus if Amaterasu which is said to be able to burn anything couldn't burn JJ Obito then I don't see the Sealing ability of Totsuka blade would work either. I don't remember if the Totsuka blade or Yata mirror was Hagoromo's but even if they were; Hagoromo isn't stronger than the Juubi or Juubi jin, he needed Hamura who is about as strong as him to beat the Juubi. So to say a weapon Hagoromo made or have to be able to defeat the Juubi raise the question why didn't he use them against the Juubi instead of needing Hamura plus the Yin Yang seal CT.
