He then stabs chaotically and continuously which causes the opponents eyes to lag behind. The speed resembles afterimages, the hand with the sword is again and again visibly projected. And yet the movement is irregular which makes it difficult to predict. With each thrust the sword's track is very capable of changing. The attack comes from unexpected angles, causing a person's delicate defence reaction to come off guard. Though one can have great reflexes and moving ability, it is next to impossible to keep dodging the fierce attack until it stops. Thus if one showed an opening, a finishing blow will be dealt by one stab in an instant.

It probably could, but whether or not the user can actually dodge the attacks is what matters.

Could Sasuke track B when he had his swords?

I think it can track it but it depends on the user if he can dodge it

any Uchiha, in theory, can do the impossible. But, yea, anyone with three tomoes isn't getting touched by that.

Lee must have went upwards after it sliced above him.

it seems that Kimi swung the sword to right then directly changed the direction to the left after Lee dodged. I just didn't focus enough at that panel. my bad

This. As with what we saw with Sasuke during his tussle with lee and Bee, he could track their movements fine. It was his body that couldn't keep up at the time.

If its unorthodox it can a little. If not then yes.

If you see something before it even comes at you, then how fast you are is hardly a factor.

Sasuke failed to keep track of B so I don't think he could have done it with Kimimaro.

No. As stated above it would be the same as Sasuke V.S. Bee, impossible to keep track of.

Of course it can. Drunk Lee could track it...

It's just a strange sword maneuver, and Sasuke even tracked Bee's movements for a short amount of time, and there were 6 more blades coming from an even more unorthodox maneuver. Itachi tracked and dodged Bee's attacks completely as well.

Sharingan can track anything that's not instant but the user's power level determines what level pre-cog can be used at.
