The answer is: Yes, Sharingan can read movements of SM users...

Also Sharingan can predict SM user's next move while tracking him... but this is not the problem.

Problem for sharingan is Senjutsu creates invisible thick layer of nature energy focused around body, which NO sharingan or other occular powers Can See.

Even if Sasuke can see Naruto incomming with his next move then he will be suprised to be hit by invisible force before he would react, because Naruto's body will still be not in contact with Sasuke.

Sasuke was particularly skilled in 3T Sharingan, arguably the most skilled 3T user featwise, he's also the only Uchiha to display Pre-Cog. I don't see why he couldn't.

Yep, the only thing they can't read is the natural energy surround Naruto when he uses frog kata unless they're train to see/sense it or have the ability to. SM doesn't increase their speed to that speed unless their base speed was faster. Naruto, Kabuto and Jiraiya all showed to have ways to cover their movements as well. Naruto rasenganed the floor to make dust cloud, Kabuto used his light/sound SM jutsu and Jiraiya has Ma toad who use wind style dust cloud.

Who told you that he had Sage mode at that point ?
Who told you that Madara had PS at that point ? ( he just got EMS , and Sasuke didn't show PS when he first got his EMS ).

Also Madara didn't fight on a 2 vs 1 style when he had the Kyuubi ( i mean Kyuubi from one side and PS from the other side )

Also controlling the Kyuubi takes huge amount of chakra.
