Can the sharingan differentiate clones and casters?

Obito saw through kcm naruto's clone when he tried to attack him with the rasengan.

Itachi took out two clones of naruto, while putting the crow in the real naruto's mouth for Sasuke.


Literally advance uchiha's like Madara, Obito, and Itachi can see through this trick by means of experience, premonition, and precognition.

Sasuke I'm not too sure of, he usually just beats down the clones until there is no more.

or when KKG were bloodline traits like the Sharingan and Byakugan and not just elemental nature combinations.
