Can the RinneBlitz combo be stopped without the help of plot?

This is the most OP combo in the Narutoverse. Only immortals and plot can survive this combo. Sasuke solos 99% of NV with this combo.

If Naruto who have equal or better reaction than Madara was hit(due to plot, not killed) then no one can dodge this. Characters with the highest survival rate is Minato, Tobirama, and Obito. Then again, neither of these characters have better reaction speed than Madara.

Naruto could simply of used TSB instead of using the arm, and he would have been able to dodge it better. Or, better yet, Naruto could create one or two shadow clones, and Sasuke would have trouble trying to blitz the original considering Madara is the only Uchiha able to decipher between shadow clones.

Rinne blitz is overrated.

Kaguya dodged an instant attack, and Naruto almost dodged an instant attack. What was the difference? A fireball jutsu.

Sasuke used a jutsu to distract Naruto, which in turn made him open for the blitz itself. Already putting Naruto's reaction time > S/T without a distraction. Much like how Kaguya dodged it.
