Yes I laugh a lot, when reading. Sadly when it comes to Naruto, it has been many years, since I laughed out loud. It has just gotten too serious.
One Piece on the other hand, still makes me laugh, and I never read it during classes, since it just, well you know, what I mean.. Oda still got it, and that is also one of the reasons, why OP still has so much potential.
Others could be mentioned such as Death note or Gantz, but I probably laugh - not due to jokes, but due to the events/plot etc. simply amazes me.
Fairy tail is a good one too, or HSDK.
