Sasuke's rinnegan genjutsu put the bijuu in a connected illusion and because of which Sasuke could draw upon the chakra of the bijuu just like Kaguya drew upon the chakra of the MT victims. Being able to get those under your control to relinquish their chakra to u sounds like outer path to me. :|

Instead of using the Gedo Manzo and inserting the Bijuu into the Shell, Sasuke essentially used Shinra Tensei to pull the Tailed Beast in the CT towards him. Once he had them, he converted their chakra through the usage of the Outer Path, similar to how it would have been done regularly with the Manzou. Which in turn created the "Bijuu" Perfect Susano'o

Preta Path does not absorb chakra like that, nor does it affect the Susano'o in that way. Not to mention Sasuke used Preta Path towards the end.

anyway nowhere was stated or shown that outer path doing similar thing what sasuke did

kuuybi said something about combining chakra , maybe sasuke used creation of all things...which hagaromo used to create biju's

He never used Outer Path in VoTE 2 but he does have it. Every Rinnegan user has the Outer Path.
