His Senjutsu can enhance his strength almost infinitely. As long as he has Senjutsu and Rasenshuriken, he can still devastate K11.

Even without Kurama Naruto still has his Senju/Uzumaki vitality. Base Naruto has 4x the chakra of Kakashi. With kurama he has 100. Seeing how Naruto mastered sage mode , odama rasengan and the rasenshuriken unassited to kurama's chakra proves he's above the other k11 without a bijuu.
