Can the Hyugga truly see through genjutsu?

Seems like they can see through Genjutsu. With their Byakugan on they will always see the real target and their chakra network. An illusion won't have chakra because its not real.

Yeah he was one of the few to have great chakra control too, I was surprised when I looked at his and his uncles stats and it was a two.
