Your 1st point about Chunnin Exams is false cuz he closed Naruto's chakra points not Kurama's

If any Hyuuga managed to block a chakra point in a tailed beast, not only would it smash their head into the ground, they would force their chakra into that point and easily unblock it.

In Naruto's fight against Neji, he was able to force some of Kurama's chakra into a point. This was through a seal, there were no tails and no cloak, just a tiny, tiny leak. That tiny leak was less than one of Shukaku's claws worth of chakra. Naruto now has full control over one half of Kurama (not to mention the other tailed beasts, if we talk about the manga). A sealing jutsu would be far easier, but still a very dangerous and difficult task.

No, possibly not the Tailed Beasts are a mass of chakra. Where the human has a normal pathways the tailed beast could be filled with chakra like a balloon if filled with water.

block Chakra points of what? They are 100% Chakra. The hyugas block chakra points by affecting the body which prevents chakra from circulating. Beasts are CHAKRA themselves so they certainly cant block the whole being.
