Can the current hashirama beat the current madara

Every elite Shinobi has a summon, c'mon man. Even Hashirama copied Madara and went after the other Bijuu.

His summon was perhaps the strongest one around then... Yet, Hashirama took Kurama out of his possession and gave him to his wife, then defeated him. To even say that Madara was on equal terms (although he was sort of close) with Hashirama is laughable.

This question is really hard to answer, but judging from the strength that madara has in his current state, i think madara would most likely win. but if he does he would be brutally damaged

Chibaku Tensei would be destroyed in its early stages with wooden dragon just like Itachi destroyed it. The Asura paths bombs are futile against Hashirama's wood. Do you know how Hashirama broke out of Orochimaru's control but Tobirama couldn't? Hashirama nullified the power of Orochimaru's cells that Orochimaru was using to strengthen his hold over hashirama. So you don't think that Madara would have wnted to kill Hashirama and experiment on the body better? Besides, it was Obito that said that not Madara. This is what happened, Madara wanted to destroy Konoha because he was betrayed, Hashirama tried to stop him and succeeded, Madara acquired some of Hashirama's blood left at the scene of the fight as a consolation for his loss and he experimented on it.
