No. you are wrong. Madara fought Sasuke w/o eyes, He can Use PS w/o eyes, He even fought 9bijus with only One eye, So that wont be a problem .

If it's an in character Madara that plays around with his opponents the 5 Kage destroy him. Without IC Madara uses PS and destroys them though.... Theoretically couldn't Jinton destroy a piece of PS?
