Can the 4th Mizukage use wood style?????

I think she can, she has the right elements although she might not be able to do it now but after she watches the great 2nd so6p Madara Uchiha and his hand signs she might be able to mimic the style, and that might be how they put an end to Madara, unless Itachi and Sasuke work well together and get Kabuto to stop edo tensi. But I do think that she will use wood style in the end of the manga

No its a kekkei genkai. You have to be born with it or have the DNA to do so.

well 5th Mizukage, and if it was a genetic thing then other senju should have it and they dont explain that, she may not have known that she is capable in doing it but she may be very able to do so, and the first Hokage didnt teach anyone the ability. one reason for that is if you had a release that noone has had would you want to teach it to people or would you like to be the one and only to use it, i think that she has and eat dat noobs

Nooo! It is a KG, which means a bloodline limit technique.
There are multiple requirements
1. Must have the bloodline (Senju)
2. Must master both elements
She is not a Senju so no she can not use it

its not just a matter of blood, you have to be able to mix the chakras in the right combination and manipulate them at the same time. she has yet to master the skill of manipulating water and earth to create wood.

No, the current Mizukage cannot use the wood style. It is restricted to Yamato and those born into the Senju clan. Yamato contains the blood of the first hokage because of Orochimaru, he was the only one out of the hundreds of experiments to have survived.
If it were as simple as having the right Chakra, Kakashi would be able to copy it - but since it's a bloodline technique he can't.

It doesn't matter if she has the right elements. She does not have the Kekkei Genkai to use it.
