Can the 3rd Raikage TANK Konan's ultimate jutsu? Can anyone TANK it?

Who can TANK the Konan's ultimate jutsu? And I mean TANK it, not teleport out or use Izanagi. I think the 3rd Raikage could. I don't think Itachi could.

If the 3rd Raikage can tank the jutsu, why can't Itachi with susanoo? Remember Naruto said that Gaara's sand defence is stronger than the 3rd Raikage. Sasuke said his incomplete susanoo is stronger than Gaara's ultimate defence. Itachi's complete susanoo with yata mirror is stronger than Sasuke's incomplete susanoo so of course he can tank it.

The 3rd Raikage would probably lose to Konan with prep because she can fly in the air while blowing everything up. Itachi would beat Konan with prep because of amaterasu.

yes he could if he could tank a tbb and the only attack that ever hurt him was his own attack, but that does not mean his jutsu is stronger than a tbb it just cause it was a piecing jutsu like a bullet and a tbb in a wide explosion like a missile and konan ultimate attack is like a missile so the explosion will just spread out
