Realizing that Naruto can't use them simultaneously as of yet. I wonder in the event that SM is required or BM is required couldn't that prove most dangerous if he is in a 1 on 1 fight considering the concentration needed for both?
Can swapping between BM and SM cause more harm than good in a fight?

I always thought Naruto having Kurama constantly bring in Kyuubi Chakra and Naruto focusing on Sage chakra would make the situation easier.

When BM is out, he can use KCM or even sage mode while he is gathering chakra.

Yeah, he has KCM chakra stored somewhere else in his body, he can tap into it at will.

Not really. BM doesn't typically take that much prep time. The only reason it's taking so much now is because Kurama kept giving all his chakra to the army. In a one on one fight, he wouldn't have that problem. So BM would essentially always be available to him. Now SM is a slightly different story, but he can always use clones to stall for time like he always does, and he has shown significant improvement in the time it takes for him to gather nature energy as seen in chapter 642.
Besides I really don't think there woud be a scenario where he would need SM or BM. He'd most likely use KCM before going full BM. If he were forced to go full BM in a one on one fight, then most likely that would mean that KCM and SM were no longer effective anyway

I wonder if his KCM can replenish by him own chakra or just taking kurama's chakra somehow, because if somehow obito is able to extract kurama from him, he will survive though due to the fact he is an uzumaki, he will be able to use KCM but what if after KCM is out, he cannot replenish it anymore?

I actually think it would be easier. Thanks to Kurama's chakra not being a hinderance to Naruto I think the SM energy would be easier to manifest.
