Can Sussano be like a Cloak like KCM?

We've seen Madara make armor for the kyubbi so why not make it more of a cloak type thing so they can be more mobile in combat.

Madara probably can since he is the Susano'o master..
Sasuke could probably put a cloak of Amateratsu around somebody.. :sasuke: <_< probably not U_U
but whatevs ... im goinig to the attic to smoke some weeds.. by watching it on t.v. X)
also Sasuke needs all the chakra he can get and he knows Naruto has the most anyway... >_>
also he aint the susano'o master but he has seemingly mastered his own.. although its not a Perfect ..
