Mostly yea Kishi hasen't shown a v3 layed Susanoo Cracked or even broken. Im pretty sure a version 3 Susanoo is stronger/Harder than 3rd Raikage skin.

Full armored Susanoo should be able to withstand FRS pretty easily.
