Yes, but that only because he has the MS. Once you have it, you can use the Susano'o without using the MS. It's nothing related to the Rinnegan. If it were, Nagato could also have used Susano'o.

madara is the only exception to using susanoo with rinnegan since the rinnegan is basically his sharingan transformed he still has access to his sharingan techs. but its not a 6 path nor can it be a path.

No way you can only use a human body either living or dead as a rinnegan path however a susanoo is a chakra manifestation. And like someone said earlier I don't think a susanoo can be pierced by a chakra rod

I think its possible cause the sage of six paths was one with both senju and uchiha powers and had two sons that one had sharingan and the other had the body witch was senju unlimited power so if its not hashi or madara i want to no who was the first senju and first uchiha , my opinion sorry but any ways its only obvious that the sage had two sons and it happens to be that the senju and uchiha share some type of blood so tht being said i think it is possible he was one so i think be could use sussano

I think a Rennigan user such as Madara who previously had Sharingan and still does have it, can in fact use Susanoo as one of his paths but thinking about it more critically; the susanoo has to have him inside it so that means the susanoo is an extension of him and his chakra so black rods are not needed. He can use the Susanoo to weave signs in order to cast Rennigan jutsu just like he did in the anime, when he casted the Planetary Devastation Jutsu (Chibaku Tensei) which made it become a Meteorite instead.
He can make wood clones which possess hashirama's chakra, so they can have susanoo and cast the jutsus using susanoo and they can suck out chakra from people.

no it would not be possible, no matter how you cut it, susoono is a big lump of chakra shaped into a creature in appearance but it is still nothing but chakra, no sentience. Could i pop a chakra rod into a rasengan and have it do an almighty push while i bring someone to life? no. Could gai implant a rinnegan, go 8th gate and turn the tiger punch into a path? no because these things are manifestations of power and/or chakra and other than their basic form, have no real substance in the physical world, you see a warrior in susoono, it is an illusion giving form to a pile of chakra. Also, in a more literal thought, if it was ever possible, why did madaras susoono's never use paths? since you say they dont need the rods, he should have been almighty pushing the earth out of orbit.
