Can Susanoo/tailed beasts be affected by Amaterasu?

1- Can Susanoo be affected by Amaterasu? By affected, I mean damaged
2- Considering that the tailed beasts are made of pure chakra, can amaterasu affect them?

not likely since sasuke wraps his in it and its flowing chakra so if it burns the chakra the chakra will just replace and if the user wanted he could shut it off and then turn it back on when amaterasu is gone

1.I want to say yes, seeing as it can even set fire on fire. But im not sure, maybe we will find out in an upcoming chapter.
