Can susanoo be a universal tier to class each character power and durability? The whole mountain buster or village buster etc is great and all but only a handful of characters can do that but also depends on ridiculous pixel measurements that is more relevant in crossover battles than exclusively NV. wouldn't susuanoo be more consistent? (despite ms vs ems susanoo conflicts)
example:
Character A has v2 durability but his offensive techniques can't break v2.
Character B has v1 durability but his offensive techniques can break v4.
