u can't make excuses for Kirin. Kisame is an S-class ninja with Chakra reserves akin to a bijuu. Im sure his most POWERFUL jutsu can absorb Hebi sasukes most powerful jutsu

Excuses? Nothing could be further from the truth, kirin is made up of natural lightning not chakra. Kisame can't absorb such things as shown when he failed to absorb might gai's daytime tiger which was basically natural wind

Anything in regards to Rikudou type chakra/justus cannot be absorbed or handled easily. Like when JJ Madara was trying to absorb all the chakra from Mugen Tsukuyomi, he couldn't handle that much.

So any jutsu from the juubi and above cannot be absorbed.

It is both manga and DB support it. Perhaps I should have been more clear, it is shaped by chakra but it isn't wholly made up of the stuff, at best kisame's technique will only distort its form(by draining the chakra that shapes it) but it won't stop the attack at all the lighting bolt will still hit.

Do you really believe that hebi sasuke had the chakra reserves to create a technique that large and powerful with only his chakra?

Kirin is natural lightning controlled by Chidori so it's a definite no too. I'd bet Juubi's beam would just rip through but the other yes and probably.

if it was purely chakra, then those ANBU ninja would've not been shocked by the fact that Tobirama created a water jutsu out of thin air. They would've just been like, oh thats nothing special. Yet I'm sure if you wanted to, you can drink a glass of water that Tobirama creates from himself. Yet that water can also be absorbed....So what does that make it?


same with fire jutsus. of course its made of chakra, but it contains all the properties of fire and to make fire, but yet those can be absorbed.

what about wind jutsus? those are literally just gusts of wind but can those be absorbed?

Not the same. All those techniques are literally saturated with chakra, if the chakra is absorbed they would immediately loose form and energy. Flames turn into small embers and disappear, water just falls to the ground etc.

In the case of kirin the lightning will hit the ground no matter what because sasuke's chidori just directs it sasuke isn't the one producing the lightning that fuels the jutsu. The elaborate kirin shape the technique has is as a result of some chakra being used to shape it.

what i don't get, is how can Tobirama's water jutsus be wet when there is no water source?

he can literally create water. H20. so how can something that can be treated as a jutsu also be used to nourish you?

That means if you drink a glass of Tobirama's water, someone can come and absorb the water from inside you

it gets deeper: water is what makes up most of our bodies. You can literally live off of tobiramas water and start a family with kids.

does that mean the kids of the person who lives off of tobiramas water can be absorbed?
