Blood bending is a technique use in avatar water tribe to control/manipulate the water supply inside a person boy.By controlling the water inside the person blood tissue,the user can control the body of the overall.The user can also extract all the water from the person blood tissue if they chooses.

I know this not avatar but Suigetsu have the ability to manipulate water that surround him.I want to know if he can use the water that inside human body to control them or extracted the water inside the person body?
Suigetsu also show some trait of blood bending by hydrating Tsunade and shinobi allaince blood inorder for survive

Well it obviously wouldn't be on the calibur of Avatar's bloodbending...plus I think for him to manipulate it he has to be in it...

Technically all water style should be able to do it with ninja creating prisons, dragon shapes and sharks out of water...but it's not something anyone has done so we have to assume he can't.

No I don't think so, no such feats have been explained in the manga, and I doubt if Kishi will make him that much OP.
And on top of that What suigetsu doing there is connecting parts of Tsunade(?), and if I remember correctly Oro ordered him to do that.

Tsunade can disable the electricity nerve impulses in kabuto body by her lightning release in part 1,why suigetsu cannot manipulate the water supply in blood?
