The outcome or how a battle between for example Itachi vs Jiraiya would turn out?

You know, characters that have never fought before that everyone im sure would like to see.

And there isn't any plot shield or anything, nor is it cannon, but it's just sideline episodes to show the victor of a deathmatch between two greatly wanked naruto superstars. :|

I can tell you right now that Itachi mid diffs Jiraiya.

Also, even if they did, and even though it would be nice to see, most people would just call the fights ''filler'' and dismiss them as actual evidence of one character's superiority over the other... and they'll be right.

Plus, they have no reason to. Random fights aren't exactly SP's forte...
