Can space time barrier teleport everything?

i just wonder if this technique could teleport every incoming attacks or every people who enters the range of the jutsu.

I think it teleports all incoming attacks but only the one minato's allows since its like a seal and if anyone would get caught in it I'm sure he would stop the jutsu right away

It probably could teleport people but he wouldn't do that.

If it can teleport TBB, then it can do the same with every other jutsu. But I think Minato uses it only with the large-scale ones, he already has the FTG for dodging.

It transports incoming attacks that are specifically directed at the barrier like TBB or jutsus that travel in the general direction from the user to the target. STB however it ineffective against jutsu that have a specific fixation point where the jutsu strikes like amaterasu. STB is specifically classified as a defensive jutsu so i don't believe it can be used other then to transport incoming attacks.

susano arrows,amaterasu, shurikens,kunai ... other tools, bijju dama , dust release... anything you say...

It can probably teleport anything, but I would think it's limited by Minato's chakra. So he might not be able to teleport more massive attacks than Kurama's Bijuu ball.
