I don't think so. The databook contains a lot of new information, and this page was never translated from the beginning. Plus, it would indicate if Madara is the only one who can use it or not. [although I think he's the only one tho].

I just want to know can limbo use jutsu like regular clone because if can Madara is really too OP but I am pretty sure databokk will not say anything about that.
they will say something " thanks to his rinnegan bla bla madara can use shadows from limbo world bla bla (It will explain limbo origin) only with rinnegan you can see them bla bla in next it will say only jutsus with hag. chakra can hurt them bla bla with 2 rinnegan madara have 5 of them bla bla after some time limbo return to madara original body bla bla"

I think limbo cant be killed also because naruto could not kill him thats why he bind him and leave shadow clone, to dont let limbo to escape. I hope databook will confirm this
