Lmao, they are not saying this all day, Sakura said it once when he helped her after reuniting with him. Doesn't get any more natural than that, as a matter of fact her saying anything else would be strange.

The fact that out there are tons of folks who calls each other in all sorts of ways (baby, sugar, sweetie, love, dear, darling, woman etc etc) on a daily basis, should be more than enough to see it's not that much of a big deal. Kushina and Minato never constantly referred to each other like that.
Asuma and Kurenai didn't.
Fugaku and Mikoto sure as hell never constantly referred to each other like that.
Only person in the entirety of 700 who called their partner 'dear' was Karui, and that was when she was asking Choji a question.

So if anything Sasuke and Sakura constantly addressing each other like that makes them a minority, and not normal. Its just weird.

When have they constantly addressed each other as honey or dear or something like that? This chapter was the 1st time that a nick name like that was even used by Sakura or Sasuke.

Sasuke just used the term "my wife" when telling Orochimaru why it was necessary for them to capture Shin.

Sakura just used the term "my husband" when telling Shin why she attacked him.

Neither of those times were they addressing each other or even in the same vicinity for that matter.
