I was just wondering when the last , I mean the last episode of the Shippuuden series will be and are we very far from Manga in Anime ?

Anime is currently right about to get to Juubi Jinchuriki Madara, which will happen after the fillers.

Fillers end somewhere around March, and if they keep it canon only from there on (doubtful), it should end at the beginning of summer, since there really isn't much material left.
