For Gai, he really just used a jutsu similar to chiyo, which isn't medical ninjutsu. His body is still damage all weird. the scars never faded, Tsuande or Sakura would've cause them to heal. What Naruto did was simply lifeforce transference.

Naruto himself starts to say that he took a part of Kakashi, and he probably used a remote shadow clone jutsu mixed with his yinyang ability to create Kakashi a new eye. Not medical ninjutsu, Medical ninjutsu would've speed up her cell division and regenerated a new eye.

Kyuubi's chakra heal as shown in Naruto's battle with Sasuke, after he took a chidori to the lungs. Kyuubi's chakra also helps to heal Naruto's own body. Therefore when Naruto gives someone kyuubi's chakra, they get healed.

I wasn't saying it was an actual shadow clone, just the same properties of one, but permanent. The said he took a piece of kakashi (probably his life force rather than dna...or maybe his dna, to make another eye) that actually supports my theory, cloning using dna.

And he didn't possess Obito's Dna at the time. it involved taking a part of the person in question.

During VoTe 1 he healed a lung which was punctured by chidori using kyuubi chakra, theoretically if he gave someone that chakra, they should also be able to heal.
