This is old. Publishers won't allow it. So Shippuden will end, but part 3 will begin. Whether kishimoto will continue to be the author is debatable, but no one should question at this point that there is a New Era project planned.

I think it's ending to:
*IT cancellation: half a chapter of people waking up from the dream, wanting back or realising it was just a dream, and celebrating naruto and sasuke. (1 chapter total)
*Madara: not dead yet but about to die since jubi/gedo mazo extraction with possible feeling sorry for what he didand restoration of his friendship with hashirama (1 chapter)
*sasuke's goal: restoring his clan so making baby's (no panneltime)
*hamura: no full explanation but probably some hints from the SO6P of his lineage (a page at most)
*sage tools: possible extraction of the last parts of kurama (1 page)
*sasuke's power given by hashirama, irrelevant now. but probably had something to do with hashirama's chakra/lifeforce and was required for sasuke to he healed by kabuto and for him to access the SO6P
*fate of the tailed beast: lots of talk with naruto and SO6P about this, but big chanses of the parts that are out remain out, and kurama chosing to get back in naruto (2 chapters)
*remaining zetsu's: what remaining zetsu's? they are all gone ...
*oro's goal, stalking sasuke and is going to get back to the village
