No credible source. When you ask the Tumblr and DA users for sites that they found it on- they say they can't find it again.

It ruins the plot and only some of the spoilers are true (Toneri wanting Hinata, etc.) Things like Fugaku x Kushina, Ino getting raped, Karin and Orochimaru dying for Sakura, etc are random and likely fanfic.

Also, in the spoilers, it says that Kabuto saves the day by having some "fodders" sacrifice themselves so he can bring back all the Kages, and also that Hinata saves the day with rasengan.

Not only does that sound ridiculous, but no legitimate advertisement would refer to characters as "fodder".
