True but after all this tobi and madara business, also the fact that nagato has never turned off his rinnegan suggest it was implanted. If you are talking about the original tech, then that's like saying using EMS is the deactivation of three tomoe.

meterorite is not a rinnegan/EMS tech(gl explaining that), as he had susanoo on during.

Or he has to deactivate rinnegan to use simple MS genjutsu, mean rinnegan is a seperate dojutsu and not an evolution of sharingan at all, so which is it??

Firstly about the will thing, it's possible but Madara is so far from the will of fire I don't see it as likely. Susanoo was used with the rinnegan so this suggests it is an evolution but at the same time perfect susano'o. It may be a different dojutsu as it is classified but the manga suggests that only those with the sages eyes (sharingan) can unlock it.

Whoa, hold on I didn't say that, Madara can deactivate it he just hasn't had to because he can use susanoo and wood clones with is activated. It may be a different dojutsu but he has switched between the two. About the body of the sage thing, I have no clue I don't know much about buddhism sorry, but when Kishi introduces more information about the senju there probably will be links

I did not say that madara can not, I said that he has not, therefore the fact that nagato has not can not be used as an argument that nagato's eyes are transplants.

Anyway I think the buddhism view point definitely adds a lot to naruto if it is true.
