Can Someone help me with an Akuma Sig

I'd like a sig with Akuma having an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. yes i know it sounds random. If i could do it myself i would... but honestly wouldnt know where to start when it comes to making a sig myself :shrug:

Akuma is badass... so why not
