Can someone help me please?

I've been watching Anime online lately, and by lately I mean the past 8 years, but lately I've noticed a small black par, which tells me URL information, and it's there often when I'm browsing the internet.
I realise that it shows me the URL of whatever link I'm hovered over, and stuff, but when I go fullscreen to watch something, it stays there and doesn't move, it's very distracting, does anyone know of any way to turn this off?

It's fine with pages that have the *Turn lights off* button which makes the entire page dark, except the video, because when I click that button, the thing doesn't pop up, but the site I'm using atm doesn have that option :'(

Maybe is has to load. Increased traffic and visitors to the website can slow it down. NB has been having server trouble.

Just did that, didn't help, in fact that got rid of my theme, so now the bar is white, which is even more distracting ahaha I'll have to set my theme again

I don't think that's the problem, because It happens on whatever page I'm on, no matter how long I'm on there.
The bar isn't always there, mainly when I hover over a link, or the page is loading or whatever, or when I'm trying to watch something.
