Can someone explain why Obito doesn't use Rinnegan techs?

At first it was because he didn't want to waste chakra. Well now he's got more than enough chakra. I don't know if I missed anything but I can't understand why he just doesn't bust out a country level shinra tensei.

Perhaps he was unable to use them all. Remember that he only recently got the Rinnegan (right before the war) and he only has one. Nagato had it his whole life and had time to master all of its techniques.

That, and he really doesn't need to use them now with all the black ninja goo floating around

It is not that he can't use them just bcoz he didn't use them...as u mentioned in OP Obito didn't used any Rinnegan tech's to save Chakra and I can't find a reason for current Obito to use them.....

I agree with this. Plus plot no jutsu. No fun if the alliance is wiped out in one tech. Plus the God Tree....Who needs Rinnegan when you have that thing?

It's simply plot no jutsu. Any other answer is simply speculating or just a theory because the manga has not stated that he can't use them.

It was only stated that he could not use them with his six path's because it would take too much chakra. Especially since his six paths were all jinchuriki's..... which should not be surprising.

He needs the chakra to be stored int he god tree and he is faster,stronger and can cancel out ninjustu all together.

Why would he even bother using the rinnegan ?
