We know Tsukuyomi is a genjutsu that traps the opponent in world wherethe user controls time and space, the use can torture you in any way he/she wants.

Amaterasu: A technique that make use of black inextiguishble flames that appear wherever the mangekyou sharingan user looks.
Susanoo:A technique that summon a spirit or uses chakra to form a giant warrior with swords,shields and arrows.
BUT, what is susanoo, how come it´s physical, it has the same flame-like aura that comes from naruto when he uses kyuubi mode, it can withstand any attacks but no one has ever come up with the mechanics behind it.
What is that thing, if it´s really a spirit then how is it physical, is it a type of summoning, but it move exactly the way the user wants it without the user doing anything. There are so many mysteries when it comes to susanoo.
Itachis weapons seem like they are weapons on their own but they have the same aura that susanoo has and itachi can materialize and dematerialize the weapons whenevrr he want with his mangekyou sharingan but how if they didn´t come with susanoo? So would itachis susanoo be without weapons if he did´t have those spiritual weapons?
That would make it weak.
Susanoo is the only technique that kishi never bothered to explain to us and it´s one of the best techniques.
