can someone explain izanagi and izanami to me please

I've tried really hard to understand this concept but I just don't fully get it. Can someone explain it and tell me the differences between the two if it's not too much trouble

Izanagi: Yin-yang release technique that allows one to control their state of existence for a brief period. It works by removing the barrier between reality and illusion. Anything that is beneficial is kept real anything that isn't like death is turned into an illusion.

Izanami: A technique that traps the victim in an illusionary loop of recent events. It works by using the sharingan to memorise a sequence of actions. This is called A. Then the user forces the victim to repeat these sequence of actions. This is called A'(A prime). The user then connects the time between these 2 replica sequences to create an infinite illusionary loop that traps the user regardless even if all 5 senses are shut.

Izanagi- lets you change your destiny to your own desire EX- danzo used Izanagi to escape sasuke susano to avoid death
Izanami- is used primarily on those who used Izanagi to stop them from changing there destiny and just to accept reality as the way it is EX- itachi used izanami on kabuto because kabuto thought it was his destiny to be just like orochimaru but in reality kabuto just wanted to find his own self and be his own person, and not be like orochimaru and he needed Izanami to see that
