I was waiting for someone to bring this up. I don't think Hashi's healing abilities are that of sage mode or of Mokuton but of the special chakra of Ashura he was born with.Senju DNA + Ashura
As far back as Part I other Shinobi noted how quickly Naruto would heal from his wounds after witnessing him fight. While this might be attributed to his Uzumaki life force lineage, it's hard to rule out the fact that both Naruto and Hashirama are Ashura Transmigrates and both seem to have exceptional self healing capabilities.
In the case of Tsunade- while Hashirama has a powerful self healing technique doesn't make him the better healer. Byakugou is not only used to heal herself, but the seal also allowed Tsnuade (and Sakura) to summon 1/10 of Katsuyu's main body.
Hashirama's healing tech may not shorten his lifespan or require a seal to use but it is not as versatile as Byakugou which, once activated, not only heals the user of wounds instantly but seems to improve the very abilities of medical jutsu such as summoning a large portion of Katsuyu.
Also keep in mind that while both Sakura and Taunade were using Byakugou, they also had their chakra tied directly into Katsuyu who was currently drawing in their chakra to remote heal most of the alliance. Hashi was only fighting Madara at the time he used his healing.
So overall Hashi>Tsunade
In terms of healing Taunade > Hashi
