Zetsu stabs Madara in the chest on the first panel. Top-left panel, he's basically saying: "you're not the only one who can use people." The rest seem pretty easy to figure out.

Oh and yeah, Zetsu is Kaguya.

From what I understand, Madara didn't want to use everyone. BZ said "Unlike Obito" which makes me confused that leads me to think 2 possible things.

A. Obito will use everyone if he is still a 10 tail jin unlike Madara didn't use them. OR

B. Obito is not capable of using everyone.

Obito is not doing anything, he is basically dead, black zetsu is the one who stabbed madara through the chest, who in turn is Kaguya.

And that translation is bad, he really says "How can you declare so surely that you are so different than Obito...that you understand everything? " "Is it so absurd to think that you could be the one who is so mistaken?"
