Can someone explain about Madara's eyes`?

Hey. it must have been asked already and the topic must be dead by now, but anyways i wanna ask everyone a doubt about Madara's eyes that i still cant figure out---
so i was playing Naruto 4 and well
Madara's first pair of eyes, his very own. were exhausted due to over use of mangekyou right?
so he took Izuna's eyes, got eternal mangekyou, died, used Izanagi and came back to life. so the thing is, he used izanagi and then lost his eye, right, so when he acquired rinnegan how did both of his eyes became , you know, healthy rinnegans`? like clearly Nagato, Obito, madara, were able to use both of the rinnegan's (even though obito only used one of them), and after that when he transplanted his eyes to nagato, where did that eye come from when he met and healed obito, like that very first time.
so if you get my question, please help me :/ thnx

For some reason, that wasn't explained.
But presumably awakening the rinnegan restored his lost sight in the eye he used izanagi. Maybe its one of the unknown powers of the rinnegan?

i see. so when he took in obito, those eyes were just some random uchihas eyes? (why didnt he take just both of them anyways? took only one and kept it in the eye where he did not use izanagi)

Madara never exhausted his mangekyo eyes, his brother gave it to him after he died from Tobirama's death. He watched him died.
So after his brother died he had 4 eyes i total, 1 went blind leaving him with 3 eyes. In the cave with Tobi he was seen with 1 eyes only.

Madara had Izuna's eye's in his socket's, those eyes became the rinnegan. He still had his own set placed aside. The guy thought years ahead of any1 in the manga/anime beside BZ so it would fit the plot somewhat to why he only placed his original eye in just one socket. His rinnegan was givin to Nagato, I dont think he got the visual back from the eye he used izunagi with.

Also I don't think the rinnegan replaced his lost sight of the eye he used izunagi with hense why he only had one eye when meeting Obito then died. His sight was restored as a edo but not at it's full peak. Rinnetensei game him his abilities back once he was alive. (Rinnegan!)

You really should read manga again or rewatch the episodes. you're almost entirely wrong.
Madara did exhaust his eyes from his mangekyou and went blind.
He took Izuna's eyes which he supposedly gave them to madara himself willingly while he was alive, and even fought a few battles without his eyes, blind, eventually to be killed by Tobirama's hands.
that makes it two eyes and he burned out his right eye i guess with Izanagi. even in the cave with obito he only had his left eye.
