It's easily debatable. Some say he's slower than light speed, some say faster. Anything MFTL though, is probably bull. But since DBZ speeds cannot be measured with Ki (Burter was much faster than anyone from Ginyu Squad, but weaker than even Jeice), and they're completely irrelevant when trying to measure speed. So ScrewAttack used the gravity method to measure his speed, but it's highly inconsistent due to few reasons:

1. SSJ strength varies. It only serves as a boost dependent on base strength. However, Goku hasn't trained with gravity method in canon since the Cell-Saga, while there were many time skips after that.

2. They used SSJ to calculate his top speed, but SSJ actually serves as a Ki boost and not actually physical.

You can rely on it, where it's stated that only SSJ4 surpasses speed of light by a narrow margin. However, it's not canon, and SSJG is weaker. So he should be at tops more or less LS, but even then, that's not sure. DBZ is an extremely inconsistent manga, and you can never use pixel scaling nor other methods to measure the speed of the characters.

For some reason I don't think you're actually grasping the frame of a picosecond, and just saying that about ssj2 for it to sound impressive. What even makes you think that? Where did you get that frame of time from to use in that specific match?

even if flash somehow was able to outrace instanteous movement which he obviously didnt unless he was ahead of it before it was triggered goku still has much faster reaction time than flash ever will and he would activate his instant movement before flash gets the chance to react in time. by canon terms flash has specific speed it takes him to get to certain area. even if its super fast and million time faster than light its still wont be asfast as true instant movement.

lol how am i loosing credibly when im pretty dealing with a turd that thinks that having a higher power level doesnt make you faster??? power level were stated to show person strength, speed and durability and higher the power level the faster that person is, if he thinks there are some other ways power levels show speed is maybe that they are exponentional, but ofcouse we dont know how exponentionally they increase thats why im going to assume they are linear and goku in ssj god can move at speed 1000 times faster than light.
