Don't have link, but to be a Special Jonin, you need 550 posts. If that is what to mean by "ranks" I don't know about RP though.

Thank you broly! But the thing is I saw this thread on NB about RP and it showed hp/chakra and how many elements you could learn per ranking and honestly. I wanted to see hp/chakra for chunin I am one now
